About Conversations in Nature

Hello, I'm Kirsten, a Melbourne based counsellor, I have a Bachelor of Counselling, An Advanced Diploma of Biomedical Yoga, Meditation and Lifestyle Medicine and A Diploma of Journal Therapy. I firmly believe that the healing journey is a beautiful yet challenging process. My personal experiences empower me with hope and insight into the profound transformations that occur when we embrace our authentic selves. My expertise lies in Family Violence, Grief, Suicide Bereavement, and Trauma Recovery, including Childhood Trauma and Family Violence, as well as navigating life's transitions.

Based in the Melbourne CBD, I offer "walk and talk" therapeutic counselling sessions, and I provide phone and video sessions throughout Australia. I cater to both short-term and long-term counselling/psychotherapy, ensuring a person-centred, client-led approach to meet your needs and goals. If you're interested in somatic or body-based therapy, invite you to explore my Yoga - Healing Trauma page.

My clients often describe themselves as someone who is ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. They may be experiencing grief, trauma, or navigating significant life transitions, and are seeking a supportive space to explore their emotions. They value personal growth and exploring new perspectives and approaches including somatic experiences.

So if you are focused on understanding yourself better and are looking for someone to hold a safe space for you as you work through healing and transformation, I invite you to look around my website and book a "Connection Call" if you'd like to talk with me.
